Accepted to Co-op @ Entergy Corp. and other recent stuff

Today I got an email from Entergy confirming my acceptance to their co-op program. Entergy is a power company for the SE and NE United States. It's $16/hour and a a $1500 stipend to help in relocating. I'll be in their nuclear eng. dept. The plant that I am going to be at in near a southern town, a very southern town: St. Francisville, LA (culture shock!). It's 30 minutes from Baton Rouge so I guess that's cool if I don't like living in the "deep south". I don't know if I should accept b/c it takes place during the fall and UF Nuclear courses that are offered during the fall are only offered during the fall. So if I do the co-op it will push me a year behind in graduation. If I can get their summer internship I would be much happier, but if I get the co-op I would pretty much be guaranteed a job when I graduate from UF, and they pay for grad school.

In other news, I am exhausted. I just got back from doing homework at the nuke building. After class got out at 3 I did homework, then lab at 7:20-10:20, then more homework until 2:30. Friday late afternoon will be such a relief. I can't wait to do absolutely nothing. I am going to skip Thermo tomorrow, there is no way I am going to be getting up before 8. Mmmmm.... Sleep sounds good. But Lupin III is on. Sleep..... Sleep better. *yawn*

Belched up with tidings of comfort and joy by Joe at 3:43:00 AM.
